Here's what they wrote: In a game which featured 10 lead changes, Storm quarterback Chip Ferguson hit Tracy Perkins with a 27-yard touchdown pass with 34 seconds remaining to give Tampa Bay a 57-53 victory. In a losing effort, Fred Gayles of Albany had 264 yards of total offense---159 yards in kickoff returns and 105 yards in pass receptions---including three touchdowns. Now, here's the opinion of the Storm Shelter staff: While the 1991 game was great---the best in Storm history up to that point---it has since been surpassed by the playoff game between the same two clubs on August 18, 1995, when Stevie Thomas returned a kickoff 57 yards for a touchdown in the dying seconds of the game, turning a 49-48 deficit into a 56-49 victory. No one who was there will ever forget it.
