1999: Will be counted on to help offset the loss of last year's AFL Defensive Player of the Year, Johnnie Harris, to the Oakland Raiders of the NFL...Signed three weeeks before the start of training camp...Made three tackles, including two solo, and broke up a pass in his AFL preseason debut against Orlando (4/10)...Broke up a pass in the preseason win at Florida (4/16)...Earned a starting slot for the Storm at defensive specialist...In his first Arena Football regular season game, against Albany (4/24), he posted two solo tackles and one assist...Had a more productive game against Milwaukee (4/29), notching four solo stops and breaking up a pass...Led the Storm in tackles in the win over Florida (5/15), posting nine total stops, inculding seven solos...Was given the task of stopping Florida's standout OS, Curtis Ceaser, and succeeded, holding the speedster to just 54 receiving yards, his lowest output of the season to date, and no touchdowns...Also broke up a pass.

Other Pro Experience: Spent the previous six seasons in the Canadian Fotball League...Played for the Sacramento Gold Miners in 1993, the Toronto Argonauts in 1994-95, the Ottawa Rough Riders in 1996, and then moved to the Edmonton Eskimos...Posted 23 tackles in six games for Edmonton in 1998, including a season-high of six against Hamilton (8/13)...Also broke up one pass, made one interception and notched one tackle for a loss...Waived in August, he signed with Saskatchewan in September, playing in three games and posting 15 tackles before being let cast adrift again.
