Year-by-Year:

1997: Signed on June 16 as part of a line overhaul...In first AFL game five nights later against New York (6/21) he notched a tackle...Got his first AFL sack at Texas (7/5)...Has played in every game since joining the Storm and has developed into one of the team's most steady and consistent linemen...Had three tackles, including one for an eight-yard loss, in the Storm'swin at San Jose (8/2)...Made three tackles in the Storm's two playoff games.

1998: Activated off the refused to report list in time for the Storm's Week Three game against Houston (5/16)...Named Ironman of the Game in his first action of 1997 after making a tackle, breaking up a pass and catching a pass for seven yards...Led Storm linemen with three unassisted tackles at Florida (5/23)...Posted one unassisted tackle at New Jersey (5/30)...Against New York (6/6), he led all linemen with two total tackles, one unassisted...Led Storm defensive linemen with two unassisted tackles at Orlando (6/12)...Posted two assists and broke up a Mike Pawlawski pass against Albany (6/20)...Recorded two assists against Orlando (6/27)...At Houston, he played both ways as the first-string DE/OG, replacing the injured Sylvester Bembery...Notched one unassisted tackle...Against Florida (7/12), he broke up two passes, the same amount as he had recorded in the previous eight games...Scored his first Arena Football touchdown, recovering a Millard Hamilton fumble in the end zone on a kickoff return to close out the scoring for the Storm...Also caught one pass for eight yards...Recorded one unassisted tackle at Nashville (7/17)...Suffered an injured right ankle against Iowa and was deactivated for the final regular season game at Grand Rapids (8/1)...Played in all three postseason games but did not record any statistics.

Career Highlights: Played for the Chicago Bears in 1989, starting two games...Joined the World League's New York/New Jersey Knights in 1991, where he played under Storm coach Tim Marcum; played for the Knights again in 1992...Started on the defensive line for the Edmonton Eskimos (CFL) from 1993-95...Played at the University of Oklahoma (1985-88); named to the All-Big Eight team in his final season with the Sooners.
