Year-by-Year:

1991: Signed by Detroit and saw only spot duty in relief of Art Schlichter...completed one of three passes for 10 yards and a touchdown.

1992: Saw the most action of his career, completing 55 of 99 passes in a role backing up Gilbert Renfroe...Set career highs in completions (55), completion percentage (55.6%), yardage (773) and touchdowns (12).

1993: Again served as backup to Renfroe, but saw less duty as Renfroe started all 12 regular season games and all three playoff contests... Completed four of nine passes for 53 yards and a touchdown.

1997: After four years out of football, signed by the Storm on June 19 when an injury to starter Peter Tom Willis necessitated a third QB...Stayed on the team after Willis got healthy, beating out Dan White for the second-stringer position...Completed one of five passes for 18 yards in Storm debut against Orlando (6/27)...Completed one of two passes in mop-up duty during the Storm's win over Anaheim (7/12)...Took a few snaps but did not throw a pass against Florida (7/26)...Against San Jose, he had his big night, starting the second half and completing 13 of 15 passes for 136 yards and two touchdowns...His 86.7 completion percentage against the SaberCats was the highest in Storm history, the third-best in AFL history and the league's best in 1997.

1998: Activated from the Refused to Report list on June 2, replacing Bryan Martin, who was traded to San Jose... Four days later against New York (6/6), he saw action on the Storm's final two possessions of the game, taking over for Peter Tom Willis with 2:13 left...Completed both his attempts, including a 21-yard scoring strike to Lawrence Samuels..Did not play at Orlando (6/12), against Albany (6/20), against Orlando (6/27) and at Houston (7/2)...Took over on the Storm's final possession against Florida (7/12), completing one of two passes...His completion was a scoring pass to Lawrence Samuels with 3:10 left in the game....Did not play at Nashville (7/17)...In Week 13 against Iowa (7/25), he took over for Peter Tom Willis with 5:42 left in the third quarter and the Storm holding a 58-17 edge...Completed five of nine passes for 87 yards and two touchdowns...His final scoring pass went to George LaFrance, his teammate in Detroit...Did not play at Grand Rapids (8/1), or in any postseason games.

1999: Missed all of the preseason and began the regular season on the Refused to Report list.

Career Highlights: Led Eastern Michigan to the 1987 Mid-American Conference title and a win in the California Bowl...Spent three seasons with a football team in Milan, Italy (1994-96).
